G&S Fitness | South Molton

G&S Fitness opened in 2010 with a comprehensive weight and cardio gym. We have a vast range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, along with a wide array of free weights in our gym. We also offer personal training and host classes in our studio.

Opening Times

Fob members

  • Monday to Friday – 6am-9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday – 9am-4pm
  • Bank holidays – 9am-4pm

Staffed hours (for Non fob members and sun-showers)

  • Monday to Thursday – 9am-2pm and 4pm-7pm
  • Fridays – 9am-2pm
  • Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 9am-1pm
  • Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 9am-1pm

Cost:

One-off payment of £5 for your fob key (Only available if you are a monthly member paying by standing order)
