Personal Training with Sam

Hello there, I’m Sam and I am a Personal Trainer here at G&S Fitness, South Molton. I am a fully qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer. I also hold some additional qualifications such as being Level 4 qualified in Optimum Nutrition for Health & Sports Performance as well as being a Qualified Level 1 FA Football Coach.

More about me: I was fortunate enough to be scouted by Professional Football Club Torquay United FC at the age of 12 and after only 4 weeks of a 6 week trial, I was signed up on a 1 year contract to their Youth Academy. After this 1 year and lots of consistent performances, I was given a further 2 year contract extension. Sadly, due to Torquay Men’s team being relegated from League 2 to the Conference, the Youth Academy got disbanded and I was therefore without a club. This setback however didn’t prevent me from still wanting to succeed. In 2018, I was signed up by Semi-professional Barnstaple Town FC (I was told by the chairman and several others that I was the youngest player to ever be signed there). The above are huge achievements and took lots of discipline in both my Training/workouts and Nutrition.

Helping others achieve their goals brings me great satisfaction whether that is to lose weight; gain muscle or just improve general fitness. The health benefits from exercising are endless for both physical and mental health.

Block of 5 sessions: £125 (£25 p/s)

Block of 10 Sessions: £220 (£22 p/s)
