Hi there, I’m Ari. I work at the gym, a regular old Joe. I’m not an instructor, I’m not trained; I am here to give my personal, unqualified (chunky) perspective on going to the gym and maintaining a fitness regime.
This is just an introduction, but hopefully this will turn into an inspiring, motivating and funny blog about how to go to the gym if you are unfit or not the conventional ‘fit’ body type.
I’m not a small girl, I’m definitely overweight; on top of that I have mobility issues so working out can be difficult for me. I want to address some of the concerns and myths about going to the gym that you might have, that I certainly did!
