Join the Gym
To join G&S Fitness you will need to complete an induction prior to training, to ensure you know how to use the equipment correctly and safely. Inductions can take anywhere up to an hour depending on your level of gym experience and will be tailored to your fitness goals.
There is no charge for an induction.
